"Tailgating" Before Lady Antebellum Concert

Tonight, Anna and I are going to the first of two Country & Western summer concerts.  It was my turn to plan the pre-concert picnic menu.  And I did!

Another Visit from Prem and Chris

Anna's nephew and fiancée are seriously contemplating relocation to North Carolina.  They flew down to Durham from Boston today to visit us.  It was sunny and 80°F for their adventure.They are considering the Triangle area and Winston-Salem as possible locations.

Trip to Nags Head, NC

We visited our beach house the first time since October; needed to see the damage from a misbehaving water heater.  We have decided to replace flooring, wall covering and kitchen cabinetry.  We stayed at a local hotel, ate breakfast out, had dinner of Dungeness crabs, and enjoyed the fabulous weather and views of the empty beach.
